Service scope.
Clear expectations.
Bilberry is an independent service operated by Karol Petryniak in Kraków, Poland. We help businesses assess public cleaning opportunities. We are not a government agency or the buyer, and we cannot guarantee eligibility, an award or revenue. Contact karol@bilberry.pro.
Contract discovery — $79 for 30 days
One business, an agreed service area and cleaning profile. We review selected public sources twice a week and email suitable opportunities with source links, work scope, important requirements, deadlines and the reason each may fit. Delivery is by email, with clarification of our briefs. The 30-day start date is agreed by email. This is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.
The review schedule is not a guarantee of two new contracts each week. We do not fill the shortlist with unsuitable opportunities or promise exhaustive coverage of every buyer. Discovery is non-exclusive. Application preparation, bid submission, staffing, cost calculations and contract awards are not included.
Application assistance — $149 once
For one agreed tender: supplier-registration guidance where required, a tailored document checklist, help understanding and organising required responses, and one completeness review before submission. We agree the tender and assistance scope by email and check obvious blockers before asking you to pay. For the Nashville opportunity this includes guidance on Tennessee's Edison supplier system.
You provide truthful company information, references and staffing commitments; calculate and approve your costs and prices; approve the final response; and submit your bid. The package does not include full proposal writing, performing the cleaning work, legal or tax advice, certification of compliance, buying insurance, submitting on your behalf or unlimited revisions.
Payment, outcomes and cancellation
Buy only after we have agreed your scope and confirmed that the service is appropriate. Payments are handled by Stripe. The application fee pays for the agreed assistance, not a successful award. A properly delivered application-assistance service is not refundable solely because your bid is unsuccessful.
If new information reveals an eligibility blocker, we will pause preparation and discuss it with you. Any other cancellation or eligibility-related refund arrangement must be agreed in writing before payment. This statement does not remove rights required by applicable law or excuse failure to deliver the agreed service.
Information and communication
Delivery and questions are handled by email. Do not send account passwords or payment-card details. Buyer documents can change; clients must observe final submission instructions and deadlines. How we handle your information is explained in our privacy notice.
